The trooper noticed “the odor of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle” and asked Gladney to get out of the vehicle.

As Gladney began to exit the vehicle, he began to go back inside and reach for something. The troops then forcibly removed him after he refused to leave the vehicle.

Officers recovered two firearms, one known as a “ghost gun.” Additionally, during the search, officers also found a bag containing 21.4 pounds of high-grade marijuana and $33,662, along with seven magazines that were extended and fully loaded.
