Another Fortnite season is just around the corner, or should I say hours away. As we already know, Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4 will end on November 2, 2024 and the anticipation for the next season is high. Things will take time though, as Fortnite is now down due to scheduled maintenance. So if you’re wondering when the Fortnite Remix Chapter 2 server downtime schedule will end, keep reading.

Fortnite Remix Chapter 2 Downtime Schedule

Fornite Status X account officially confirmed the start of the downtime with an X post. Fortnite server downtime started Friday 1 November at 11 p.m. PDT and 06.00 GMT / 02.00 AM EDT on Saturday, November 2, ahead of the launch of Remix Chapter 2.

However, you can check when the servers are back online. The best way to know about Fortnite server status is by checking the official one Epic Games status website. On this page, you will note any ongoing issues related to the game and other Epic services. Right now, scheduled maintenance for Fortnite Remix Chapter 2 is underway. So, if your Fortnite server is unresponsive, don’t worry, you’re not the only one.

On the website a message with the title ‘v32.00 update downtime’ says “Scheduled maintenance is currently underway. We will provide updates as needed.” The maintenance started with last season’s finale and it ends with the Chapter 5 Season 5 release. So when the downtime ends, the “under maintenance” text will disappear.

According to the Epic Games developers, this maintenance can take up to 7 hours. So according to our prediction, Fortnite Remix Chapter 2 starts at 4:00 AM PDT / 11:00 AM GMT / 7:00 AM EDT / Saturday, November 2. This is also when the Fortnite servers come back up.

The new season will see a new Juice WRLD skin coming to Fortnite along with all confirmed weapons. Developers have also suggested that the update will be larger in installation size compared to other updates.
