Best Ashton Jeanty prop bets and DFS picks for Friday: A Bounce back on tap tonight?

Boise State’s College Football Playoff hopes live on after a nail-biting win over UNLV. Ashton Jeanty was clearly dealing with an injury, but still made an impact when it mattered most, scoring the game-winning touchdown in the fourth quarter.

A 128-yard, one-touchdown performance is outstanding for most players. For Jeanty, it was a step back from the numbers he has put up all season.

Jeanty needs a much better stat line tonight against San Diego State to avoid losing more ground in the Heisman odds race. Check out my Jeanty prop best bet and DFS picks if you’re looking for bets to place on SDSU vs. Boise State.

Best Ashton Jeanty plays prop bet for SDSU vs. Boise State

First touchdown scorer

Odds: +155 odds at DraftKings

This is one of the few Jeanty touchdown scoring props with reasonable odds. At DraftKings, he is -4000 to score at any point, -250 to score 2+ TDs and +115 to score 3+ TDs.

Bet365 has +120 odds on Jeanty scoring the final touchdown, but with the spread set at Boise State -24, Jeanty may not play the entire game if the Broncos are big. Especially after he battled through an arm injury in last week’s win.

The Heisman hopeful has scored the first touchdown in just three of Boise State’s seven games. But Jeanty’s 18 rushing touchdowns rank second nationally, and he’s the best option when the Broncos reach the red zone.

Jeanty has 19 touchdowns on the year, while the rest of the Broncos have 20. San Diego State has given up just 10 rushing touchdowns, but four have come in the last three games.

Jeanty is a threat to cross the goal line even when Boise State is out of the red zone. He has eight touchdown runs of 50+ yards.

San Diego State has had trouble stopping the rush, a recipe for disaster against the top RB in the country.

Under 12.5 receiving yards at Underdog Fantasy

Jeanty registering less than 12.5 receiving yards isn’t the most exciting market to bet on. The underdog has higher/lower rushing yards set at 189.5, which is another attractive bet.

Jeanty is averaging 196 rushing yards per game. game and has gone over 190 yards in four games. SDSU has one of the worst run defenses in the Mountain West, allowing nearly 160 yards per carry. match.

However, I prefer to go lower on Jeanty’s receiving yards because Boise State rarely uses him in the passing attack. He has just 12 receptions on the year, with a season-high 20 receiving yards.

Take away the 20 yard performance and Jeanty has gone under 12 receiving yards in every game this season. He had eight or fewer receiving yards in each of the Broncos’ first five games.

Jeanty got beat up last week and had a season-low 3.9 yards per carry. carry. If his arm injury persists, taking Ashton to go lower than his receiving total might be the safest bet.
