When is Fortnite’s live event? Start time, expectations for Remix

game

The latest season of the hugely popular game Fortnite is coming to an end and it’s time for a little remix.

Epic Games announced the start of a new mini-season that will see the return of the iconic island from 2019. Chapter 5 Season 4 will end shortly and will usher in a three-part, month-long Remix season with promises of a, “chapter-ending event to remember. “

Although the name of the mini-season hinted at a setback, some players were concerned when the sneak peek the company reportedly released still showed the chapter 5 card. The company allayed players’ fears by posting on X, formerly known as Twitter, that the Chapter 2 island was indeed returning.

Can’t wait for the remix? You don’t have to wait too much longer. Here’s when it starts and what you can expect.

When does the Fortnite Remix live event start?

Players will see the start of the new season on Friday night with a brand new live event known as Remix: The Prelude. Tennessee players can catch Prelude on Friday, November 1 at 6:30 PM ET/5:30 PM CT. Players were reminded to log in early to “beat the queue”.

The official launch of Fortnite Remix: Chapter 2 is set for Saturday, November 2, according to the game’s official social media account.

What will the gameplay in Fortnite Remix look like?

The gameplay has been kept pretty quiet by Epic Games, according to gaming website GameRant. Most importantly, the map will be a throwback to the Chapter 2 map with “sprinkles of content from the earliest seasons” in the content update.

How long will Fortnite Remix be up?

This will be just a mini-season, so players have until Saturday, November 30, when the third and final part of Remix launches, Fortnite Remix: The Finale.
